Interdisciplinary designer with extensive experience in denim, textiles and women’s garment design. Special interests include menswear, vintage, music, the occult and all things food. :)

Timeline

2023 - Re-entered the design industry a full-time designer at RE/Done.

2021-2022 - Took a hiatus from design to pursue fine dining work specializing in Pastry.

2019 - Developed women’s denim/woven bottoms for Uniqlo, Helmut Lang, Uniqlo x JW Anderson and Comptoir des Cotonniers under Fast Retailing. Simultaneously, worked full-time sales in high-end specialty denim at Self Edge Los Angeles.

2017-2018 - Introduced to vertically-manufactured premium denim at AG Jeans. Developed women’s denim garments for domestic and imported manufacturing at J Brand Jeans.

2015-2016 - Relocated to Los Angeles, CA. Introduced to contemporary men’s design at Chapter, Former, and Blackfist. Introduced to vertically-manufactured, made-to-order textile-based home items at Matteo LLC and women’s leather accessories at LD Tuttle.

2010-2014 - Relocated to San Francisco, CA. Studied garment design and textile development at the Academy of Art University. Received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in women’s design.

1991 - Born in San Diego, CA to first-generation Lao immigrants. Raised in Central California.
